    Automated Detection & AI Disclaimer

Blackwall uses AI-powered systems for automated report triage, threat analysis, domain scanning, and chatbot assistance. These systems use heuristics, DNS resolution, pattern matching, and large language models. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI decisions, threat detection, or domain classification. False positives and false negatives may occur. AI triage decisions (accept/reject) are preliminary: all accepted reports are reviewed by human analysts. Users should verify AI-generated analysis manually before taking action. Takedown decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the hosting provider or domain registrar. Blackwall is not liable for damages arising from actions taken based on automated or AI-generated results.

    8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and the design of the platform are protected by copyright. Use without express permission is prohibited.

By submitting a report, you grant us the right to use and forward it for the purpose of the platform.

    9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

European Union law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence (Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation).

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

    10. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

For paid subscriptions, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Withdrawal can be made informally via email.

The right of withdrawal expires early if the provision of the service has begun with express consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

    11. Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms of Service is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that comes closest to the economic purpose.
