Official launch of Blackwall Global LLC: professional cybersecurity solutions for the global market

Blackwall Global LLC has formalised the operation behind blackwall.report: a platform where anyone can report malicious websites for free, and where companies can have confirmed threats pursued through hosters, registrars, networks and blocklists until they are removed.

    The company

Blackwall Global LLC is registered in Wyoming, United States, at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, and operates internationally. The company runs Blackwall, an abuse reporting and threat neutralisation platform reachable at blackwall.report.

The platform grew out of practical takedown work. The recurring obstacle was never identifying malicious sites; it was the process after identification, where reports are filed into inconsistent abuse channels and frequently go unanswered.

    The problem being addressed

Reporting a malicious website today means finding the right abuse contact, learning each provider's preferred format, sending the report, and following up without any visibility into whether anything happened. Most individuals abandon the process. Most companies handle it manually, if at all.

The result is that clearly malicious infrastructure stays online longer than it needs to, and the people who reported it never learn the outcome.

    What the platform does

Blackwall covers the steps between a report and a removal:

    • Intake and triage for phishing, malware, fraudulent shops and other abusive sites, with automated assessment and human review.
    • Evidence capture at the moment a case is confirmed, so the record survives the takedown.
    • Parallel submission to blocklists, hosting providers, registrars, upstream networks and national CERTs, with scheduled escalation.
    • Case tracking so reporters and customers can see the status rather than guess it.
    • Impersonation monitoring for companies, including lookalike domain discovery from certificate transparency data.

    Two audiences, one pipeline

Reporting is free for individuals, including status tracking and access to the community side of the platform. The intent is that a person who receives a phishing message can do something about it in a few minutes without specialist knowledge.

Companies use the same pipeline with monitoring, watchlists, alerting, API access and managed takedown handling. Both audiences feed the same case system, which is what makes escalation data and provider response tracking possible.

    Operating principles

Three commitments shape the platform. It is defence-only: Blackwall documents, reports and escalates, and does not conduct offensive action against infrastructure. Reporter identity is never shared externally; only threat-side facts leave the platform. And automated external action fires only for confirmed cases, because false positives harm both the recipients and the reporting channels everyone depends on.

Published figures on the site are computed from actual case data. Where the data is not yet sufficient for a meaningful statistic, the platform says so rather than presenting an estimate as a result.

    Availability and contact

The platform is live at blackwall.report. Reporting is open without an account. Company plans and pilot enquiries are handled through the pricing page.
