How fast do providers respond to abuse reports?

Every number on this page is measured inside Blackwall's own takedown workflow: when the case was opened, when the provider replied, and when the reported site stopped answering. Nothing here is an opinion or a grade. Providers are listed with their sample size so you can judge how much weight the figures carry.

A provider gets its own detail page once Blackwall has 5 or more completed cases with it. Below that threshold the sample is too small to publish as a scorecard, so the page stays unlisted. Time to offline is not proof that the provider acted: a site can also disappear on its own.

    How the figures are measured

    • Cases: takedown cases Blackwall opened with this provider.
    • Completed: cases where the reported site was observed offline.
    • Median time to first reply: from opening the case to the first reply recorded by Blackwall. Replies sent outside our channels cannot be counted.
    • Median time to offline: from opening the case to the first check where the site no longer answered.
    • Cases opened more than 24 hours after the original report are historical records and are excluded from all medians.
